Jamie, Gerald, Deshawn, and Billy came to my condo to help me with the aftermath of toilet leak from the unit upstairs. The team, including project lead, Darrin, is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in assessing and documenting the extent of the damage, taking the correct restoration steps, preventing future occurrence, and site cleanup. The entire process - first phone call to initial set up complete - took 2.5 hrs. This includes driving during DC area rush hour traffic to reach the condo! This is a great team from a great company. This is evidenced by the positive way they worked together and treated everyone involved (owners of both condo units, tenant of both condo units). It's a blessing to have this team's help. May God continue to bless this team and Restoration 1!

Reached out to Restoration 1 late evening of Sunday 9/25/2022 for help after flooding in finished basement. From assignment of technicians by project lead (Darin), damage assessment, set up of remediation (measurements, dehumidifying fans, disinfectant), help with cleanup that night, and sharing of knowledge on basement mold prevention (by Billy and Brandon), follow up visit, directed air into badly water-damaged sections of the basement wall, and vacuuming up drywall dust (by Steven and Brendan), to the final assessment, equipment removal, and putting things back in correct places in the basement (by Steven and Shaklaim), everything was well-organized and expertly conducted with attention to detail. Everyone who came to help was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Each of the 3 visits was punctual within the promised 30-minute window. By mid-day 9/28/2022, the basement was dry and clean thanks to this Restoration 1 team. Brandon, Brendan, Billy, Darin, Steven, and Shaklaim, I can't thank you enough; I would recommend Restoration 1!

Elvis responded to my water issue in a timely manner and conducted a thorough inspection of my damage. He was courteous and explained the process well. He got his crew out to my place very fast to begin the drying-out process. Can't speak to cost as this is an insurance claim and I have not seen anything yet.
